We will cover essential teaching techniques, the therapeutic application of yoga principles and strategies for inspiring and effectively guiding students.  <br> <br> There will be a strong emphasis on finding and strengthening your unique "voice" as teacher as well as your ability to take the "seat of the teacher".<br> <br> You will learn and practice the core teaching techniques used in Anusara classes, including observation, verbal instruction, physical adjustments, therapeutics, the art of the demo, sequencing and incorporating a heart theme into your classes.  <br> <br> This program is designed for both dedicated Anusara students who wish to begin teaching, as well as for teachers of other traditions of yoga who want to incorporate Anusara methods into their current teaching. Completion of the Immersion is required to enroll in the Anusara Yoga Teacher Training program.
