Garden Street Yoga is devoted to opening the heart through yoga. Karen Sprute-Francovich, the founder and primary teacher, is a certified Anusara Yoga teacher and a wholehearted student of John Friend.

Studio classes, workshops, retreats, immersion programs and teacher trainings are all conceived and practiced with the highest principles and intentions of yoga in mind.

Karen is a dedicated practitoner and teacher and serves to inspire and motivate people at all levels and from all traditions.

The Garden Street Immersion and Teacher Training Program has been approved as a Yoga Alliance Registered School 200 hour level.
